About Tepeguaje Ranch
Tepeguaje Ranch is located in Brooks County, US Hwy 281, eighteen miles south of Falfurrias, TX. It has been in a game management program for over 30 years. At present, we are interested in leasing to a company or individual that is familiar with game management practices and who would be willing to continue to work with us.
The Ranch is approximately 12,500 acres. The acreage around the headquarters is not included in the lease. (Kind of a buffer zone) Actual acreage of the hunting area is 12,000 acres at a cost of $15 per acre, all amenities included. The camp and the landscape must be maintained year round as well as a feeding program.
